Emma Pake is a luxury British brand which exceeds the expectations of a traditional beachwear wardrobe.

Emma Pake

Creator, Emma, learnt her craft alongside some of the world’s leading designers at the prestigious Central Saint Martins, London, before honing her skills in the heart of the fashion industry, working at both Giles Deacon in London and Zac Posen in New York.

Equipped with the best design training and industry experience, she proved to be an intuitive swimwear buyer and carved out a distinguished career at internationally acclaimed retailers. With an innate understanding of the power of innovative cuts and quality construction, she pours her expertise and signature British flair into her eponymous label.

In its very first season, the Emma Pake brand was bought by both Selfridges and Net-a-Porter — a testament to the strength of the collection and an achievement rarely ever seen.

Through her collections, she taps into her love of the decadent, architectural lines of the 1920s and the tropical Art Deco styles often found in the sun-soaked city of Miami. Her eye for balance and symmetry sees her create strong, structural shapes and graphic geometry – a theme which weaves throughout each range.

For Emma, swimwear is never an afterthought. She brings the care and attention to detail that goes into couture apparel to beachwear, and the result is an incomparable range that redefines luxury fashion swimwear.

Each collection begins life more than a year in advance. After separating her sketches into the different moods and personalities of the EP woman, Emma sources the highest quality European fabrics, custom designing each print, and choosing the perfect placement on the body, to flatter the shape and create beautiful lines. Her designs feature unexpected swimwear elements such as tassels, elastics and matte hardware, dyed to perfectly match. Each garment is then carefully handmade in one of the best swim workshops in Europe, which boasts over 30 years of experience. These exquisite, bespoke touches culminate in swimwear that can only be, Emma Pake.

I wanted to create a beachwear wardrobe that women couldn’t resist; a collection that offers her something for the different sides of her personality - playful, strong, and most of all feminine. From the bow ties and lace up details, to the lingerie-inspired mesh and elastics, she will find a style that perfectly complements her mood. — Emma Pake, Creative Director
